The need to create and nurture a ‘customer centric’ organization is now universally recognized and appreciated. The customer is no longer the concern of just the Marketing and Sales Divisions of an organization. The customer has to be the concern of everyone in the organization. The very survival of an organization depends on the reputation it enjoys with its current and prospective customers.

Our services are primarily aimed at creating ‘customer awareness’ and highlighting the importance of ‘ethical dealings’ with customers. We do this through workshops and, if required, handholding initiatives such as recommending and helping to implement relevant processes if the engagement is desired for a longer duration.

Our services currently do not include services such as market surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, brand valuation, brand building exercises, etc.
